On July 31st, the second general meeting of the Hefei Youth Entrepreneurs Association was held, with over 300 young entrepreneursfrom the city in attendance. Tong Youhao, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Hefei Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Han Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Hefei Municipal Committee, presided over the meeting. Officials from relevant municipal units and county (city) and district committees of each Youth League attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that in recent years, under the care and concern of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Municipal Youth Enterprise Association and the Youth League Municipal Committee have closely focused on the center, served the overall situation, actively strengthened the construction of the youth entrepreneur team, promoted economic and social development, and served youth innovation and entrepreneurship.

At present, the grand blueprint for highquality development in Hefei is a rare and valuable development opportunity for young entrepreneurs, a significant responsibility that cannot be shirked, and a broad stage for them to strive for excellence. The meeting requires young entrepreneurs to have a bit of "spirit" and inspire the spiritual strength of hard work and entrepreneurship through learning, thinking, and practice; We need to have a "drive" to promote highquality development in Hefei through forging ahead; To have a sense of responsibility and shoulder the social responsibility of the enterprise through dedicated service; We need to have a kind of "gathering force" to play a greater role in unity and cooperation, and contribute our youthful wisdom and strength to the construction of Hefei as a sub center of the Yangtze River Delta worldclass urban agglomeration and the creation of an innovative city with international influence.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work report of the previous council, elected the leadership body of the second Municipal Youth Enterprise Association, and invited 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs including Liu Yong, Liu Qingfeng, Wang Hai, Lu Qinshan, Lin Song, Zhou Yifan, Huang Wang, Han Dongya, Zeng Ping, and Pan Baochun to serve as advisors to the association.

Election of new members of the leadership team at the meeting

After the election, Huang Baosuo was elected as the president, Wei Jie, Xu Dahong, He Bing, Zhang Youguo, Chen Hongzhou, Yao Lei, Yuan Fei, Xia Zhenhua, Qian Jin, Tang Shanhu, You Haofang, and Guo Wandong were elected as vice presidents, and 115 outstanding young entrepreneurs were elected as directors.

In the afternoon, the meeting invited Wang Chen, Assistant to the President of Guoyuan Securities and General Manager of the Investment Bank Headquarters, Director of the International Mergers and Acquisitions Center, Wang Zhengguo, Vice President (Vice Dean) of the Anhui Provincial Party School (Anhui Administrative College), and Wang Xiaoyun, Director of the Financial Stability Department of the Provincial Government Financial Office and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, to give special lectures on policies related to technological innovation, macroeconomics, and private economy.

It is reported that the Hefei Youth Entrepreneurs Association is a city wide nonprofit social organization voluntarily formed by young entrepreneurs in Hefei, serving as a bridge and link to connect young entrepreneurs. The members of the association have strong representativeness in terms of industry types, hierarchical scale, and regional distribution, with a focus on strategic emerging industries, technology industries, rural revitalization, and other related enterprises. Among them, there are 104 people from enterprises above designated size, 23 people from listed companies, 6 people from Fortune 500 companies, 9 people from China's Fortune 500 companies, 6 people from private Fortune 500 companies, and 48 people from top ranked companies in the industry. 148 party organizations and 80 youth league organizations were established in the enterprise.
